Conveniently located in the heart of the CBD, guests can simply walk, drive or ride into their luxury city stay to be surrounded by some of the most unique cuisines in Sydney.  

After check-in, revel in the “ice-cave” inspired pool area, admire Sydney’s skyline from the suite or stroll down to the new Skittle Lane precinct, considered one of Sydney’s best kept secrets.

Dinner – Once settled in, dress up and take your taste buds on an unconventional tour of French/Portuguese cuisine at Meu Jardim that boasts cool archiectural vibes of a glacier in the Swiss Alps. While it might portray a cold fascade, the dishes are sure to warm the soul with succulent duck breast, Steak au Poivre and premium escargot all on the menu! 

Drinks – Perfect for continuing or starting the night, the unique cocktail bar PS40 is sure to please. Must trys include the electrifying Africola cocktail, a hot and cold hit of Mr Black cold brew coffee liquer, native  cola and coconut foam or for something tropical, order the Salted Pina Colada consisting of Plantation 3 Star Rum, fresh  lime, cold pressed pineapple, Coco Lopez and Murray River salt.  

Breakfast – After a peaceful slumber in the spacious suite, guests can help themselves to a Nespresso coffee as they  embrace the bustling city from the balcony. For something a little more filling, take the elevator downstairs and a short  stroll to coffee connoisseurs Skittle Lane Café to enjoy the infamous, jaw dropping  

Penny Fours pastries and Butter Boy cookies. 

SKYE Suites Parramatta 

Known as Sydney’s second CBD, Parramatta is perfect for seasoned travellers and foodies alike looking to find the untouched treasures in the restaurant realm, and SKYE Suites is the perfect base from which to explore. 

Breakfast – When staying at SKYE Suites Parramatta, start the day right at The Shed Café on the hotel ground floor offering  the best of both continental and modern breakfast foods. Tempt your palate with the Mediterranean Magic of steaming poached eggs, sautéed mushrooms, chili labneh and vibrant pomegranate served on charcoal sourdough or get a zing with  a refreshing acai bowl, superb for the summer season. SKYE Suites Green Square 

The newest hotel in the collection, SKYE Suites Green Square offers both a place of tranquillity and liveliness with food offerings to match.
